Refund and cancellation policy

During the launch period

KhataSheet is currently free for everyone. No payment can be made on this site, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. If anyone asks you to pay for KhataSheet today, it is not us: please tell us.

When paid plans start

Prices and terms will be shown on the pricing page at least 14 days before paid plans start and before you pay. This policy will then apply:

• Cancel any time. Monthly or yearly plans can be cancelled from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
• Refund within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of a new subscription or of buying a page pack, and we will refund it in full if you have used less than 20% of the pages it included.
• Conversion problems. If a statement does not convert correctly and we cannot fix the format, the pages used for that statement are credited back, or the payment for that period refunded, at your choice.
• Charged by mistake. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
• Renewals. You can request a refund of an automatic renewal within 7 days of the renewal date if you have not used the new period.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) through our payment gateway. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit. We do not refund in cash or to a different account.

How to request

Use the contact form with the e-mail address used for the purchase and the payment reference. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours.
