Shipping and delivery policy

Nothing is shipped

KhataSheet is an online software service used in your web browser. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

How the service is delivered

• Free use (now): available immediately at khatasheet.com, with no sign-up.
• Paid plans (when launched): activated on your account immediately after the payment gateway confirms the payment, normally within a few minutes. A confirmation and GST invoice will be e-mailed to you.
• Converted files (Excel, CSV, XML) are created on your own device and saved by your browser straight away.

If access is not activated

If a paid plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with the payment reference. We will activate it or refund the payment in full, as described in the refund policy.

Service area

The service is offered online, primarily to users in India. Prices will be in Indian rupees (INR).
